Walking overseas is an excellent way to explore the culture and environment of other countries. Away from the tourist traps that inevitably spring up around the towns and cities, you are able to explore some really spectacular surroundings.
Stone Adventures runs walking and trekking holidays in the French Alps, Italian Dolimites, Spanish Pyrenees and Switzerland.
To give you an idea of what is on offer out there, below is an example of some of the treks we have worked on in Europe.
Tour du Mont Blanc - A 10 day trek around Europes highest mountain. Passing through France, Italy and Switzerland as we circle Mt Blanc, we sample the different language, landscape, architecture, and cuisine with amazing views of Mt Blanc from every angle.
Haute Route - The famous Haute Route trek links the two biggest alpine centres in Europe, Chamonix and Zermatt. Outstanding landscape make the Haute Route a real mountain experience.
We will run our treks with a minimum of 4 people and they include airport transports and an accompagnateur for your trip. If you fancy a different adventure or even trekking further a field contact us to see what we can organise.
